I tend to not like phone calls, because of my accent, but this one was really easy. There was a part missing, which means it couldn't be fixed on the spot, but a bypass was created so that I could stay warm in the meantime. That was a really nice touch, especially since the part was acquired only an hour later anyway. Overall, the experience was really pleasant, and the repairs were carried with good quality. My best experience so far with heating repairs in MCR."
