> "A.J. Rogers has a great team starting in the shop with pleasant, helpful advice, but nothing pushy. The job was for two toilet floors, bathroom, kitchen, utility room, and larder. First home visit to measure up, again, good solid advice. Very professional. Installation work was carried out sooner than expected. As requested, I was given a cancellation slot. All the fitters were on time every day, polite, careful, and left everything clean and tidy. They all did an excellent job. Even Charlie (better known as James Bond), the youngest of the team, and learning did well. The James Bond bit is all about how he likes his coffee, not a martini! We were kept well informed, and checks were made to make sure we were happy with the work before we were asked for payment. I was immediately informed and given a refund when it turned out that part of the job that had been estimated didn't need doing after all. Grateful thanks to all the team."
