From now on the first number I will call for any drainage problems. I had a blocked and overflowing drain at the back of my kitchen which the sink, washing machine, dishwasher etc. runs into. In a rush, I had someone from checkatrade come round on the same day. That business did a lazy attempt and tried to get me to sign a contract for a much larger £900 job. I wanted a second opinion and after looking at the reviews gave Tommy at Madden drainage a call. From the offset, he was incredibly genuine and had my best interests at heart. He queried the job that was done, and believed he could fix the problem. Tommy came round the next day, and successfully unblocked the drain, that certainly didn't need a £900 job. Through their honest service, Madden Drainage had stopped me being £900 out of pocket. Tommy was courteous, clean, and did a thorough job.
