I was ring back the next day(with an apology that it had not been the previous evening!). The work was booked in for the following day(as not an emergency) everything explained about pricing, when it would happen etc etc. Rung on the same day to say they could come that afternoon, which was a bonus. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, also with a small discount as for my mum in her 90s. Highly highly recommended."
