He there and then identified the issue explained what was needed and did the job straight away. He took photos of the issue both before and after he fixed it so I had a record and he explained everything to me. He was very good and polite explaining everything to me and he made sure I knew to ring him immediately if there were any problems. There have been none. I was very happy with him and would recommend his firm very highly"
