> "Plans to draw for my ground floor extension We got in touch with Fahad to draw up plans and get permission for our ground floor extension. We were hoping to have a 6 metre extension however due to the nature of our property (already partially extended) the council refused to grant us permission a couple of times however Fahad was very helpful, patient and supportive and liaised with us every step of the way, kept us informed and gave us solutions to any issues that arose. In the end the council granted us the permission! Overall good service provided! (Updated on 7 Aug 2019)"
