Originally spoke about an ideal LPG but due to it not being in stock he wanted the next cheapest thing (Vokera). He seen it on the wall with a big Vokera badge. Nothing mentioned & all was good until the gas valve proved to be faulty when commissioning, even though it was replaced by vokera under warranty. It wasnt good enough! He demanded an ideal & threatened to go to court... Also gas leak was detcted & fixed there and then. Other plumber first fixed rads!"
