> "Before the job started, Richard came to my home on a number of occasions to discuss revisions to the original plan The team lead by Joseph arrived at the agreed date and worked very hard for the 5 day installation of 6 AC units. The work was excellent and the attitude, willingness to dot the i's and cross the T's as the job progressed, was in my experience as good as any trades people I have dealt with over 50 years After the job was completed a Condense pump came on even though the unit was switched off. Joseph came back the following day. The problem was a manufacturer fault and replaced"
