> "The fridge part of my Siemens fridge-freezer stopped working the week before Christmas. The problem was exacerbated by the fact that the model is 15 years old and most of the parts are obsolete! Ace couldn't have been more helpful. In the days before Christmas and the beginning of January they came out three times to try different things and succeeded in mending the fridge. Everyone I spoke to or who came out was helpful and reassuring at a very stressful time. They also contacted me when they said they would - unheard of these days! Great value too."

Didn’t know what the issue was so I called up Ace Appliance Centre who were able to attend within a few days. They were able to identify the part and order a replacement within a week. They had all the right equipment to take unit and replace the faulty part. Price was reasonable and the engineers that attended where courteous. Very happy that I was able to support a local business. Thanks guys."
