> "I can’t thank Action Dry and the Habbershaw family enough. I first met Alex in January 2024 when he came to test our property for mould—turns out, we had mould. Over the next year, I liaised with Alex and his father, Andy, while I battled my insurance to get them to pay out on the claim. Not once did Andy or Alex get annoyed with my hundreds of questions; they continued to help me the best they could. Andy spent countless hours helping me write emails. We finally got the insurance to pay out (though not in full) and had Action Dry remediate the property on February 10th. We didn’t have much"

Alex confirmed that the walls were dry but identified that moisture levels were still too high in the concrete floors. He installed thermo-desiccant dryers - more powerful and efficient than standard dehumidifiers - and these took care of the job in two weeks, as he'd estimated.
