The survey was free and Matt was with us for about an hour, diagnosing our problem and outlining solutions. At no point were we put under any pressure to buy- it was a genuine tradesman wanting to help. He also discounted the incorrect feedback that a previous trade has said would fix the problem (which it wouldn’t have done as Matt showed us why this other tradesman was incorrect). The follow up report (also free) was thorough and Matt recommended a drains’ surveyor. As a result of this excellent service, we will be using them to address our condensation problems. Highly recommended!"
