> "They did not check gas levels. They informed me that the supply hot water was A/C gas and they were not authorised to deal with refrigerant. The pipe carries hot water to the buffer tank. They then find reason for breakdown. Suppliers had connected main incoming wire in a most unprofessional manner and this had overheated and burnt across the terminal to short out on the neutral. They then changed the whole supply wire with next size up stating it was undersized. The wires within the inward side of the burnt out termina block were smaller than those fitted.
