Would have been a 10/10 across the board for all works but one of the workers broke a tile on the bathroom floor and didn't admit to it (we are planning to change the bathroom in a year or so, so we didn't make a great deal of it but the fact that we were not informed of the damage when it occurred left a sour taste in the mouth). Nonetheless, we would highly recommend Toby and his team as the overall experience was very positive."
