They arrived on time (15 minutes early actually) and promptly proceeded to the job - none of that drinking a cup first and then beginning the job 30 minutes later. They were very friendly, extremely good-natured and made sure that I understood exactly what needed to be done to ensure a proper installation and operation of the boiler unit. It actually took them only a total of 6-7 hours to complete the job and on top of that they even repaired my toilet.
