> "2 bed flat - complete refurbishment We hired Albany for a complete refurbishment of our flat in July 2019. The job started on time and was completed with no delays or undue fuss. The quality of work was absolutely fine. We made a few variation orders along the way, none of which were a problem for the contractors (as can sometimes be the case). I personally spent 15 years in construction management before my retirement. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Albany as reliable and sensible builders for this sort of project and will definitely use them again if I have further requirements. Mike"
