Their contractors were equally impressive, working efficiently and maintaining a very high standard throughout. Trusted Traders) > "ABC were contracted for ten months to reduce a dilapidated two bedroom bungalow to “Roman ruins” and to rebuild going forward to align the front elevation, extend at the rear and add a second story. Plans were amended as the build progressed to upgrade the garage due to a leaky flat roof and unsuitable base, the loft was to become habitable with a second flight of stairs instead of a loft ladder and a kitchen and utility room were to be fitted. The builders adjusted to the changes admirably and the quotes for additional work were reasonable. Roy amazed throughout with his building skills from brickwork, plastering, wiring and landscaping. If he didn’t take the lead he was on site helping subcontractors. Liam was the initial point of contact, lead on carpentry work and picked up the baton at the end to assist with snagging. Ray was the mastermind organising the build schedule, the subcontractors and dealing with a client who got involved in all details from the colour of grout, the size of gravel pebbles, the elements of the stairs… There were bumps along the way and countless site meetings but at the end of the day ABC built a beautiful house with all the modern conveniences like underfloor heating on the ground floor and first floor bathrooms and green improvements including solar panels and ASHP in a well insulated building envelope. Very easy to get in contact with and always came back to me. They explained the work as we went along. Always turned up on the days they said they were coming and very punctual. Left the property clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. We would highly recommend this company cannot fault them, so helpful and supported us through out this project.
