My mums fridge/freezer went and I spoke to him about the problem over the phone - and he was able to troubleshoot and recommended replacing the fridge/freezer as the repair was expensive (new compressor) and as mums fridge was old probably not worth it. What a gentleman gave me 10 mins of his time - could have easily booked a visit. Honest, professional and had very good product knowledge to be able to resolve this remotely. Thanks Alex."
