I felt at ease from the very first contact and right through the whole experience. Conna did a great job replacing the manhole cover and even lowered it as requested. I did ask him to check our drain run as at times the water backed up. It was no trouble for Conna and a problem with roots from a boundary hedge were discovered. Conna returned the next day and the roots were removed, drain run cleaned and reinspected , job done. Great workmanship and service."
