We built a new WC under the staircase and laid down new kitchen tiles. Wayne laid for us a new wooden floor(glue down) in the living room and resolved a severe rising damp issue. The team widened the patio door, for the new door to be installed and decorated the room. They have also helped us to re-arrange our garden by building an new base for our shed, create a new beautiful patio with tiles and lay new grass. Finally, we did a full clean up of the roof and maintenance of the chimneys. All works carried out were to very high spec. Wayne and his team have been very helpful and understanding of our requirements during the whole process. Changes in the plan or if something did not quite work as we thought, were never a problem for the team. Wayne is a perfectionist, has a great eye for detail and is very skilled.
