On the day they arrived, on time, in de12 area they were masked and took their shoes off once inside. They replaced the valve and a motor which was on the way out too, took slightly longer than they thought, just over 2 hours, and advised us on some smaller jobs that we'll bring them back for. The work was a success and now we have hot water. Work area was left clean and tidy. They kept us informed on their progress and we recommend their expertise and work"
