Advising us where to look, what to look for and arranged to meet us at Trend in Lye to gather our ideas. Having a good eye for what works he would tell us if something wasn’t a good idea, and why. He’s been a great support. Both James and Rob were great to have around and went above and beyond to make sure the refurb was seamless. At the end of each day they tidied up thoroughly. While with us they even sorted a downstairs plumbing issue and creaky landing floor boards. Totally trustworthy, we were happy to let them get on with it. We enjoyed having them around and we’re sorry to see them go. The finished bathroom is amazing. James is a perfectionist and his work is meticulous. Now we’ve time to look at the finished work we can see his attention to detail. We would recommend him 100%."
