Services we provide include: • A friendly, personal approach that demystifies the construction process and keeps you informed every step of the way • Creative and technical input to help you realise your vision and optimise your space • Help in managing all additional services, such as Structural Engineers • Highly detailed technical drawings of your existing property and planned development works • Full responsibility for submitting and managing any required planning application • Assistance in tendering for contractors • Prompt assistance when required throughout the build right through to completion Every project and client is unique, and we have lots of experience in tailoring our approach to peoples’ individual needs. Whether we’re simply providing drawings for a project, or acting as lead consultant throughout, we can provide the advice and guidance necessary to ensure a transparent and smooth-running experience from beginning to end. They had an appreciation of keeping the look and feel of our period property, and I love the stair case design which looks identical to the existing, blending in seamlessly.
