The free consultation visit (by Rob) was extremely useful in helping us to decide what could be done, and was very informative, and so gave us 100% confidence to proceed. The second 'pre-start' visit by Rob was also very useful to make any final tweaks to the requirement and confirm everything. The lead time for the work was quite long as they are very busy (a good sign!), but was well worth the wait. The installers were exceptional, extremely hard working, but very diligent and competent. After the work was completed a follow-up visit (from Jay) to check all was okay was further reassuring. The principal sub contractor that was employed by Aquaneed – Lee – was excellent and produced a high quality job. He was professional, timely and tidy.
