> "Mike arrived at the agreed time. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. The boiler has a function to change the power output depending on how many radiators and the what is needed. I was unaware of this and Mike explained it, counted the radiators and estimated an output that would be needed and reduced the power. He explained this should save over 30% of the current amount of gas I use which will make heating the house cheaper! He spent as long as needed to do a thorough job. He’s trustworthy and friendly and also a qualified plumber. I can’t recommend him enough"
