He's a perfectionist which is why he insists on doing all the work himself and believe me it was tough in that environment. But he never complained and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with the result. He even helped remove a heavy cupboard covering gas meters (which most others would not do!) so he could apply the damp-proofing to as much of the area as possible. And, of course, he's offered to come back and help re-install it - just one example of the type of person he is. As another review says, 'he's one of the good guys'! He's down-to-earth, honest, transparent, his work is top notch (he knows his stuff after 20 years in the industry) and his pricing is very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Brian, he is one of the best!
