> "I asked Gavin to come out to investigate why my water pressure was low on my kitchen tap. He came out to see me within a day, exactly on time and it's always a pleasure to have him in the house. He quickly identified the problem as a faulty tap and even took the trouble to go and buy me a new one from the local supplier. He fitted it within a short time and checked everything was in order and I was happy with it. He also replaced a missing butterfly clip on my washing machine waste pipe which he noticed had come off. Price was as quoted and a truly brilliant service as usual."
