Nathan (and his workmate Ben) were great! Nathan project-managed the whole thing, and he and Ben took care of the building work, which was completed to a high standard. For plastering, roofing, carpentry, etc., the subcontractors that Nathan brought on-site were top-notch. He was attentive to our feedback and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the end result. We hired him to build a 2 story extension to the side of our house and an extension to the back. From the start Nathan was clear about costs, timescales and what could be done. He provided a quote with payment plan so it was clear what we had to pay and when Nathan keeps in constant communication with us and answers any questions we have. It has been a very long project (started 2/01/2024) and we have experienced -7 weather, rain storms and hail but he has been constantly working to get it done. Between him and Ben they have absolutely smashed the project and the extra people he has hired (plumber. electrician etc) have been just as good.
