> "Very dissapointed with the outcome of the works. The engineers claimed that the issue for the full chamber was definitely the base of the chamber being raised and the pump therefore not sitting correctly. After a very expensive job the engineers left the site claiming that the water was still being pumped very slowly and the reason for that is a small valve that would need to be replaced, which they claimed not to have with them. This is extremely unprofessional because to have them return they want to charge me again for labour. Now the pump seems to be gone, the job seems to have been waste!"
