David is an expert builder and has worked a lot with historical properties, so he not only the skills but the knowledge to guide us through this renovation project. He’s very punctual, very helpful and communicative and always goes out of his way to help us understand his process every step of the way. We still have more to complete and will be using him throughout the rest of the renovation project as our builder"
