> "Ben was very presentable, got on with the job in question quickly and efficiently, but discovered he needed a part to complete the job. Arranged to come back on a Saturday morning, 'at no extra charge'. Which he duly did. I have now been presented for an extortionate bill, for a job he was less than 5 minutes in the house for. When I challenged him about the amount, I was told it was a Saturday, (yes - you choose to come then, not me) and he would have to charge me for fuel and labour. So, whilst I have no problem with the work he carried out, I do think he needs to review his honesty costs."
