> "No hot water with a bed ridden elderly father to care for is not ideal, so George kindly stopped by that afternoon staying until gone 7.30pm to try to solve it. A new cylinder was eventually diagnosed (as ours was 40+ yrs old) and by Saturday pm our hot water was restored. Efficient and tidy (never known a tradesman so tidy!) I was kept fully updated during the entire process with the end result being an extremely neat job (+ better laid out) with ‘furred up’ pipework also replaced. Our 100 year old house will eventually require additional work and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else!?"
