I had 3 quotes and I was relieved that Brian from BES Preservations came in the cheapest as out of all of them, Brian seemed the most genuine and knowledgable. In fact Brian was a good £700 cheaper than the other quotes!During the process, Brian discovered that I had a live woodworm problem. He treated the skirting and floorboards at a very, very reasonable rate.The whole job was finished ahead of schedule and Brian kept the mess to a minimum as best he could.
