We quickly received a visit/assessment and useful photos of the issues and some additional work recommendations to future proof the roof and avoid a revisit in the near future, all well explained. As soon as a few dry days were forecast, work commenced. The work was completed efficiently and tidily and the final bill was fair and we were very pleased with the work.
