The pictures would not have shown the whole problem, an experienced eye spotted it, and when they showed the bent bars stuck in the wall and not enough of them. We could see why the wall was cracking. Great job, and even sealed up the outside of window ledge which wasn't in the price. Would recommend highly, and, they didn't scare the cat, which is always a bonus! Only thing I worried about was the cat might leave with them!"
