Initially I didn’t think the paint had dried on the chimney breast, but it is now 3 weeks later and it is still shiny in places and tacky to touch, even after leaving the window open for several days and not having an issue there previously. I had messaged Chad about this twice asking for advice on 2 separate dates, sent photos and he has not come back to me. Totally appreciate mistakes happen but the lack of response is really disappointing."
