> "Initially this company was good with communication, however on removal day they forgot to bring items from storage so we had to book an alternative date for them to deliver, the employees were very friendly however we were left to move many of the boxes into the appropriate rooms ourselves even though the boxes were labelled. The company lost a piece of a bed which meant that it couldn’t be put together, they also lost another valuable and sentimental item which I have been trying to get in touch with them about for the past 3 months but they refuse to answer the phone, emails or messages."
