> "Called on a Sunday afternoon for engineer to attend the next day. James attended the next day and he was absolutely fantastic. He checked the room thoroughly where we saw a mouse and found the source of food. He proceeded to check underneath the kitchen units, airing cupboard and loft space. He also gave us some very good advice. Furthermore he found a serious leak from our water cylinder when checking the airing cupboard which potentially could have saved some serious damage. Honestly, I would definitely recommend using their services."
