On the 1st visit poison was left where there was evidence of rats in the house; under the kitchen cupboards and in the attic. A milk chocolate biscuit was put in the drain to see if the rats were entering that way. On the 2nd visit the poison was checked and a large amount in the attic had been eaten and there was no more noise from the attic. More poison was put in the attic. The chocolate biscuit in the drain was untouched. The 3rd visit had the same result as the 2nd, but less poison was taken in the attic.
