> "Carried out Electrical test and Property Maintenance. Matthew changed the fuse board in a rented property of mine to bring it in line with the current legislation and to meet insurance requirements. This periodic testing report is a necessity for rental property and can only be untaken by a qualified electrician. With general property maintenance also required, I found that having one company to do all work was of great benefit. I couldn't fault the quality of the workmanship and also found Matthew to be very thorough and diligent. Coupled with his outward personality, he was a pleasure to have around. Matthew was always on time, put a full days work in and I found his costs very reasonable in comparison to others. Matthews strengths and abilities seem to be endless. There isn't anything I've asked him to do, that he hasn't been able to turn his hand to successfully."
