Brian responded to my email really quickly and arrived at the property promptly and when he said he would. Brian quickly identified the issues and where the water was coming from and gave good advice on how to rectify these issues. For the work to proceed I require to speak to neighbours in the tenement, hence the reason works have not yet started. I would highly recommend Brian for any future building works. He dealt with my daughter in a polite and respectful manner."
