_Verbatim quotes from this trader's public reviews, each attributed to its source:_
> "Job well done fair price cleaned up as he went would recommend 5 star all the way"

> "Steve responded to the message from Check a Trade within an hour and arranged to visit the house to provide a quote. Arrived on time for the quote and did a detailed walkthrough of the work and routes. We agreed to do the job just over a week away, and he kept me informed about any delays (named storms + outdoor work doesn't mix very well). Once the weather improved, he completed the work over two days, keeping me up to date on progress and checking I was happy with what he was doing. Very happy with the job, and I would use him again. Thanks"

> "Steve from Brite Sparx did a fantastic job of installing 2 outside porch lights. Throughout the whole process Steve kept us up to date with what he was doing and how things would look. He cleaned as he went and was extremely careful when having to remove any UVPC strips inside the porch along with the drilling that needed to be done. When the job was complete he even filled in the small holes he had to make with filler and put back the decorative wall tiles for us. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard and we are really pleased and would highly recommended him to all."

## Before you hire an electrician
_What to check when choosing this kind of trade (general guidance, not a claim about this business):_
- In England and Wales, notifiable electrical work (new circuits, a consumer unit, anything in a bathroom or kitchen) must by law be signed off under Part P of the Building Regulations. Confirm they will handle that.
- Prefer an electrician registered with a government-approved competent-person scheme (NICEIC, NAPIT or ELECSA) so they can self-certify the work meets the wiring regulations.
- Insist on the Electrical Installation Certificate (or Minor Works Certificate) when the job is done. It is your proof the work is safe and compliant, and you will need it if you ever sell.
- Look for consistent reviews across several named sources, not one polished profile.
- Check any credential evidence, and that the business details independently check out.
