> "Ben came to service our boiler. He was on time, polite, and friendly. He explained everything and also showed me pics and a video to explain. The boiler is loft so he couldn't explain/ show me as he did it. He also tightened a nut on the shower to stop a leak, without that been the main job. Great service, good price and communication from both him and Jodie was excellent. We've found ourselves a reliable good plumber after been let down on numerous occasions. Highly recommend."
