I moved into my current house 12 months ago and it had a very old alarm system installed. Fearing I would have to upgrade to a new and expensive system I asked Ross to give me his assessment. He soon had it working efficiently at the cost of a replacement battery and the servicing fee. I suspect other companies would have condemned a perfectly operable system on the basis of age. Ross attended again today for the annual service, I had forgotten it was due but received a promptly reminder with a list of available dates. He is always well dressed and punctual. This company fitted my now deceased's mothers alarm and again dis a first class job. She had the onset of dementia and they used a fob operated system so she was not confused remembering numbers. Julie in the office was so kind and helpful and this epitomises the standards this company sets.
