> "Happy with Callum's work - whereas other roofers didn't replied to texts, or didn't show up/get in touch when they said they would, he communicated really well throughout: he was prompt replying to messages, getting me a quote and talking through what the problem was with plenty of pictures he'd taken from up on the roof. After I accepted the quote, he then promptly fixed the issue (a leaking chimney stack) and sent me photos of the job done. One month later there have been no further leaks so it seems (touch wood) like the fix has done the job!"
