He started his work about 4:30 pm with smile, and tried to claim us down as we only have one toilet in the house. It is quite a hot day and he explained very details of how would he tackle the issue and using different method. He is a true professional that always optimistic the situation, and keep us believe it can be resovle. At the ned, he put extensive effort to try different ways and solve it in an hour.
