The service is unrivalled locally in providing a highly experienced and professional approach to all projects with a personal involvement in each one. We are local authority accredited planning agents, a good working relationship often helps to secure planning consents and can reduce the time from 8 weeks to 6 weeks. Being design led as well as technical experts, we like to consider all projects from the viewpoint of the clients and the users by looking carefully at the interior design and layout as well as making sure the external appearances are 'right'. We are proud to have a 100% planning success rate for house extensions, residential change of use and also Listed buildings. The way we work is to take care of everything for you, but also involve you fully in the design stage so that you can have an input. As part of that process we send out PDFs for checking and review, you can then suggest changes. Sometimes our clients will come into the office and sit down in front of the screen and we work through things together, this always works really well. We have a steady group of customers in North Somerset and west Bristol, including many private clients and a few developers.
