> "Themi and Petro were punctual when my project (a kitchen and bathroom refurb) commenced. Their tiling in the bathroom was nice and neat, and they appeared pleasant and motivated at the start of the project. I did though have some back and forth with them as they unexpectedly took a whole day off, for example. I also found both of them to be quite difficult to work with on some occasions, in that they were unwilling to take on board constructive criticism. They fitted a faulty flush plate despite having repeatedly been told not to. I had to pay another company to undertake remedial work."
