Twice Karl has come to my rescue - following a water leak problem - first time in my kitchen - the second time from my hot water cylinder upstairs - when he had to drain my old tank and then replace this with a new one. Both times he has come to sort this out as soon as he possibly could. I cannot recommend him enough. He is always so reassuring, professional, tidy with his work and a really nice all round person and another added plus - is that he is local too! I recommend him to all my friends now."
