> "I had a load bearing wall removed in the kitchen and a new soil pipe run for new bathroom. Chris did an amazing job, always turned up as planned (which is never the case with most tradies) and was very detailed about the work to be done. There were some issues with calculations from another engineer (who had disappeared without a trace) but Chris was on top of this and had one of his contacts come and redo these. Chris is a professional you can trust to be honest, reliable and tidy. I have a lot more work to be done on the house and Chris will be the first builder I reach out to."

The works included knock down of supporting wall and installing steels, brick up old back kitchen door and install new window, install bifold doors. Plastering and new electrical sockets and spot lights. Pull up old kitchen floor and self level. Install new kitchen and new kitchen door frame etc. We highly recommend CB Construction, Chris, Dan and the team were very professional and always carried out the works when they said they would - very reliable and high standard of quality of workmanship."
