The guy was very friendly and happy to explain to me exactly what had happened, and was helpful enough to forward me on some details regarding further work that needed doing. I will be recommending this company to other people and will probably be using them to get my downstairs bathroom fitted. Thank you so much again, I now no longer have a smelly teenager!"
